We do offer early late checkout at 1:00 p.m.out based on date of stay and  availability for an additional fee of $25.00. Please inquire when making your reservation and we do need minimum 24 hour advance notice for late checkout in order to arrange our housekeeping team properly..

Before completing your booking please note if your room is an upstairs unit which would include the Coastal Cottage, the Ivy Cottage and the bedrooms of the Craftsman Cottage. There is no elevator! NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS. If relocation on the property is available we will attempt to accomodate a move to another unit.

If you have reserved the Historic Craftsman Cottage please note that you will have access to all three bedrooms and three baths if paying for SIX guests, two bedrooms and two baths if paying for FOUR guests and one bedroom and one bath if paying for TWO guests. Unfortunately, Booking.com gives us no way to give you this information during the reservation process but please contact us to pay the additional fee in order to have the number of beds and baths you will need during your stay.

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment.

Our guestrooms are non smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in guest room or within hotel facility. There are smoke sensors installed in the rooms that can detect smoke of any kind. If anyone in guest's party smokes in the guest room, guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge credit card the amount of $250.00 to reimburse the property for the additional cost blocking room until smell is gone and for cleaning guest room.
